Every time you bring Scented Joy into your home, you’re doing more than enjoying a beautiful fragrance - you’re helping fund scholarships that open doors for deserving students and change lives.

A portion of the proceeds from Scented Joy will be donated to the Barrett Texas Founders Organization (BTXFO) Scholarship Fund, helping graduating high school seniors pursue higher education and take the next step toward achieving their dreams.

A Mission That Is Deeply Personal

This mission is deeply personal to me.

In 2025, my youngest daughter graduated as the valedictorian of Crosby High School, and was accepted into Harvard University. As a single mother, I have worked hard to provide for my family, and throughout that journey, the LORD has faithfully sustained us every step of the way. Receiving a scholarship from BTXFO was an incredible blessing that helped make her educational journey possible. Initially, I could only afford to fly my daughter to Boston by herself, but with the help of the scholarship I was able to go as well and help get her set up in her dorm.

A Moment I’ll Never Forget

I’ll never forget the gratitude I felt in that moment.

Because BTXFO chose to invest in my daughter’s future, I now have the opportunity to help them invest in someone else’s.
